ZiniTrip Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ZiniTrip, an online platform that connects travelers with trusted travel agents across Bangladesh. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview

ZiniTrip acts as an intermediary to facilitate bookings between travelers and travel agents. We do not directly offer travel services but provide a platform where travel agencies list their offerings. ZiniTrip is not liable for the conduct or actions of travel agents.

2. User Eligibility

There are no age restrictions for using ZiniTrip. However, users must provide accurate information when using the platform.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

Users are expected to use ZiniTrip responsibly and respect other users and travel agents. Any misuse, dishonest information, or unauthorized activity may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Booking and Payment Policy

To confirm a booking, customers are required to pay an advance of TK 1,100, from which TK 100 is retained as a non-refundable platform fee, supporting the ongoing improvement of the platform. The remainder of the advance is passed on to the travel agent. This platform fee is non-refundable.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of cancellation.
• Partial Refunds: Cancellations requested after 24 hours of booking may be subject to penalties, resulting in a partial refund only.
• Booking Modifications: Changes to bookings can be made for an additional fee, but modifications within 24 hours of the trip are not possible.
• Platform and Trip Taxes: ZiniTrip will cover platform-related taxes on the TK 100 platform fee. However, any travel-related taxes are the responsibility of the traveler and will not be covered by ZiniTrip.
• Agency-Cancelled Bookings: If a travel agency cancels a booking, a full refund, excluding the platform fee, will be provided to the customer.

6. Intellectual Property and Content Usage

All images and content uploaded to ZiniTrip are the copyright property of their respective owners. ZiniTrip does not claim ownership and is not liable for copyrighted materials posted by travel agents or other users.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZiniTrip is not liable for any actions taken by travel agents or third parties. By using the platform, users agree that ZiniTrip has no responsibility for issues arising from the services provided by travel agents.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

ZiniTrip reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
